TOAST
Time Ordered Astrophysics Scalable Tools (TOAST) is a software framework built to enable simulation and reduction of millimeter-wave astrophysical data consisting of timestreams from individual detectors. Although this package can run on a laptop, it has been designed to scale to high concurrency on the largest HPC systems. I am one of the lead developers of TOAST and work to ensure that it meets the requirements of current and future experiments.
TOAST is available both on PyPI and on Conda-Forge.
Background
The development of this software grew from the heritage of CMB analysis tools developed since the late 1990’s at LBNL.
