CMB-S4
The CMB-S4 experiment (cancelled in 2025) was an ambitious effort to map the microwave sky at multiple frequencies with both large and small-aperture telescopes positioned in Chile and at the South Pole. Despite broad community support for the science program, this project ultimately was not pushed forward.
Project Role
I was the lead for Software Infrastructure within the Data Management portion of the CMB-S4 project. This involved scoping the design and prototyping of data formats, the software frameworks for simulation and reduction tools, and the automation of large data challenge and release campaigns.
